This past weekend (May 11-12 2007) while I was down in Colorado at the Colorado Romance Writer's conference, Romancing the Rockies, I won the Author of the Year award. It is an award of excellence and achievement for someone who a) is and author and b) tries to go above and beyond to give back to the community.

It truly means a lot to me to have received this honor.
